Dry Fruit Chikki — Mixed Dry Fruit Chikki, Benefits, Calories & Where to Buy
ड्राई फ्रूट चिक्की
Pistachio, cashew, almond and raisin layered through jaggery so every bar carries the full mewa mix.

What Is Dry Fruit Chikki?
Dry fruit chikki — also called mixed dry fruit chikki or mewa chikki — sets four or five nuts and dried fruits into one jaggery slab: pistachio, cashew, almond and raisin. It is the richest and most colourful chikki, and the one built for a gift box rather than a jar on the counter.
Unlike single-nut varieties, the balance is the recipe — no one nut should dominate, and every bar should look the same when it is cut.
How Dry Fruit Chikki Is Made
Each nut is roasted separately, because pistachio, cashew and almond all reach their point at different times. The mix is then layered into the sheet rather than stirred through in one go, so every bar gets all of the nuts instead of whatever sank.
Raisins go in last, off the heat, so they plump rather than scorch. The sheet is rolled a little thicker to hold the load and cut warm into neat bars.
Taste and Texture
The most layered flavour in the range — buttery cashew, sweet-sharp raisin, resinous pistachio and a firm almond crunch, all held by dark caramel jaggery. Texturally busy: hard snap, several kinds of crunch, then the chew of the fruit.
Benefits of Dry Fruit Chikki
A mixed-nut base spreads the nutrition wider than any single variety — protein and healthy fats from the nuts, natural sugars and iron from raisins and gur. It stands in for packaged trail-mix bars while staying a whole food with a short, readable ingredient list.
This is general food information, not dietary or medical advice — anyone managing blood sugar or a specific health condition should speak to a qualified professional, because chikki is calorie-dense and jaggery is still a sugar.
Calories in Dry Fruit Chikki
Dry fruit chikki averages roughly ~470–510 kcal/100g, and the exact number moves with each batch's nut ratio more than any other variety here.
These are typical indicative ranges for traditionally made chikki and are provided for general guidance. Actual values vary with recipe, jaggery grade and nut ratio — always check the nutrition panel on the pack you buy.
How to Store
Airtight, cool and dry, best within 3 to 4 months. The raisins carry a little moisture of their own, so this is the variety that suffers most from a loosely closed tin — keep it sealed and away from any humidity.

Order Dry Fruit Chikki on WhatsAppDry Fruit Chikki — Frequently Asked Questions
Which dry fruits go into dry fruit chikki?+
Ours carries pistachio, cashew, almond and raisin, set in pure jaggery, layered so each bar gets the full mix rather than whichever nut settled to the bottom.
Do the raisins make dry fruit chikki soft?+
They add a chewy note by design, but they are added last and in small proportion so the slab still snaps. Too many raisins do soften a batch.
How many calories are in dry fruit chikki?+
About 470–510 kcal per 100 g, varying with the nut mix in that batch.
Is dry fruit chikki a good festive gift?+
It is our most requested gifting variety for Sankranti, Lohri and Diwali — it looks generous cut in cross-section, needs no refrigeration and keeps for months.
